Prosper America began with a simple idea: communities are strongest when local leaders have the data, resources and partners they need to drive equitable growth. As an initiative of Swaniti Global, we bring together experts in economics, public policy and community development to support counties across the United States.

We work closely with county leaders, economic development councils and civil society organisations to conduct value mapping, provide technical assistance and facilitate cross-industry introductions. Our goal is to help communities attract investment and create long-term prosperity.
